Lead Generation Specialist
We are looking for an experienced specialist in B2B lead generation to launch and automate the entire process — from finding contacts to passing the interested lead to the manager.

🛠️ Main tasks:
Finding and validating decision-maker contacts (Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
Building and launching email and LinkedIn campaigns (5–7 messages)
Maintaining CRM (HubSpot): tracking leads, statuses, tasks
Processing responses, nurturing in the funnel
Passing interested leads (MQL) to the manager for further contact
Weekly reporting: responses, conversion, CPL
✅ Requirements:
📌 Experience:
Experience in B2B lead generation for at least 2 years
Preferably: experience with the US market or technical/construction niches
Ability to launch the “from scratch” process, not just support an existing funnel

Preferably: examples of emails or LinkedIn sequences you created
📌 Technical skills:
- Experience working with CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Knowledge of tools: Sales Navigator, Apollo, Snov.io, Hunter, Lemlist / Instantly
- Basic understanding of email validation, tracking, automation (Zapier/Make)
📌 Soft Skills:
- Self-sufficiency, initiative
