We are looking for an experienced specialist in setting up and managing LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation.
Shipping Freight Company is an international logistics company (freight forwarder) operating in the areas of Sea, Air, Road, and Multimodal logistics. We exclusively serve B2B clients in Europe, the USA, and international markets. Our product consists of professional logistics services with medium and high ticket sizes, project agreements, and a long decision-making cycle.
Our goal is not just to launch ads, but to build a stable and manageable channel for attracting quality B2B leads through LinkedIn for the sales department. Relevant contacts and business results are important to us, not the number of clicks or impressions.
What needs to be done: you will be responsible for the full cycle of work with LinkedIn Ads — from analyzing the target audience and forming the campaign structure to launching and optimizing the ads. Tasks include setting up Sponsored Content and Lead Gen Forms (if needed — Message / Conversation Ads), precise targeting by job titles, industries, company sizes, and geography, testing hypotheses and offers, optimizing CPL and lead quality, setting up analytics, and preparing regular, clear reporting. Leads are transferred and processed in the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system, so understanding the data transfer process and data quality is important.
Scope of work in the current project:
Product and target audience analysis
Conducting an analysis of the company's B2B product and identifying target audiences in the logistics services segment.
Forming the structure of the LinkedIn Ads account
Developing a logical structure for the advertising account, including campaigns and ad groups.
Setting up targeting
Setting up target audiences based on the following parameters:
— job titles and decision-making levels;
— industries;
— company sizes;
— geography (European Union and/or USA).
Creating and launching advertising campaigns
— launching up to 2 advertising campaigns in Sponsored Content format;
— creating up to 4 ads (creatives and texts);
— developing and setting up 1 Lead Gen Form.
Setting up analytics and tracking conversions
Implementing a basic analytics system to monitor the results of advertising campaigns and collect leads.
Transferring leads to Microsoft Dynamics ERP
Integrating or preparing the process of transferring leads to Microsoft Dynamics ERP using standard tools or data export.
Initial optimization of advertising campaigns
Optimizing active campaigns within 14 calendar days after launch to improve CPL and lead quality.
Final reporting and recommendations
Preparing a final report with key performance indicators and practical recommendations for further scaling.
Who we are looking for: a specialist with at least 3 years of experience with LinkedIn Ads, with cases of B2B lead generation for professional or complex services. Understanding the specifics of high-value deals and long sales cycles is important, as well as confident work with Lead Gen Forms, and a systematic and analytical approach to advertising. Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or working with EU and USA markets will be a significant advantage.
