Здравствуйте, если у вас есть сомнения при выборе исполнителя, то вы могли бы открыть конкурс на создание логотипа в разделе "конкурсы". Тогда все желающие смогут предлагать варианты логотипов, а вы уже будете выбирать из всех вариантов.
Просто увидел что вы повторно проект создали...

Я видел про конкурс. Но его условия меня не устраивают. Почему в конкурсе комиссия площадки 20%, а при работе через сейф 9%? Где логика? Неужели при конкурсе у площадки используется больше ресурсов, чем при работе через сейф? Также почему то при конкурсе надо обязательно выбрать победителя. А если ни одно предложение не подойдет? Я не думаю, что все заказчики такие плохие и начнут обманывать. Возьмем для примера Paypal. У них очень хороша реализована защита плательщика. И несмотря на это почему то этот платежный сервис является одним из самых популярных в мире, которым пользуются многие продавцы. Я думаю как раз потому что они защищают того, кто платит деньги. И плательщик уверен, что его деньги в сохранности и доверяет сервису и покупает через него. Точно также тут. Будь у меня больше доверия к площадке, к тому что меня как заказчика не обманут, деньги мои не пропадут зря, то я бы давно открыл бы конкурс. Если бы еще и комиссия была на том же уровне что и в проекте. А так я пока сомневаюсь, что получу адекватную работу. При этом автоматически соглашаясь на оплату. К тому же видя что 70% фрилансеров даже не читают текст проекта.

Ну вопросы комиссии вы можете обсудить с администрацией сайта. Вариантов в конкурсе будет думаю минимум 80... Но если вы не уверены, что из большого количества работ не выберите ничего, то тогда вам лучше подумать над тем каким бы вы хотели видеть ваш логотип. Составить подробное тз по логотипу, ваши предпочтения, подобрать примеры лого, которые вам нравятся, подобрать примеры лого, которые вам НЕ нравятся. Дизайнеры не умеют ведь читать мысли). Чем подробнее будет ваше тз, тем больше вероятность того, что вы получите тот логотип, который хотели) как то так.

Я ж не продакт или финансист этого проекта, а лезть со своими советами к команде проекта считаю некультурно) Наверняка они просчитывали почему так) Как минимум, кодовое слово позволило отсеять тех, кто не читает описание проекта, и дать больше времени на изучение портфолио остальных. Есть на примете пару дизайнеров, посмотрим. Как раз сутки было на прием предложений, надо же дать время всем.

Згодна з минулим коментатором. Відкривайте конкурс, давайте нормальний бюджет на нього і розглядайте варіанти фрилансерів там, щоб бачити що це точно їх робота. Ви витрачаєте і свій час і час людей. Впевнена, що ви могли розглянути 100 минулих пропозицій і підібрати когось для виконання (по рейтингу і відгукам, наприклад). Минулі два проєкт ви закрили без виконання. Яка довіра може до вас бути, якщо ви самі не впевнені чи шукаєте когось...чи ні...

Екатерина, вы меня извините, но ваш тон общения абсолютно не допустим. Вы диванный воин сидите в интернете и меня обвиняете в том, что видите ли я не хочу вам заплатить деньги? А вы знаете, что 70% фрилансеров, которые прислали предложения, не читают ВООБЩЕ текст проекта? И просто тупо постят свои предложения всем подряд, надеясь на авось что кто то отзовется? И вы считаете что я после этого должен тут же обработать все предложения, просмотреть все портфолио таких вот автопредложений? Вы считаете что вам все должны? Я заказчик, вы клиент! Научитесь мыслить рыночными мерками! А не тупо считать что раз вы тут такая умная разместили предложение без элементарного ознакомления с проектом, то вам должны тут же в ноги упасть и заплатить вам деньги! Это рынок! Сделайте так, чтобы среди 100 предложений на вас обратили внимание! Вы как дизайнер должны быть креативными и уметь продавать свои услуги! А не тупо сидеть и ждать когда на вас упадет манна небесная, и параллельно писать злобные комменты о том, какие же заказчики нехорошие, что не хотят так сразу платить свои деньги первому попавшему!

Ваши рыночные мерки состоят в том, что из трех проектов Вы не смогли закрыть пока ни один. Сформулировать ТЗ под свой запрос у Вас вышло только со второго раза (и это еще не точно). Угомоните свой говор и будте профессионалом.

Повторюсь еще раз на русском. Вы можете открыть конкурс и по его результатам подобрать себе подходящую работу. Таким образом Вы не будете тратить свое время и время фрилансеров. Еще пару раз не закроете проект и с поиском хороших фрилансеров у Вас будут проблемы на данной платформе.

Я закрывал задачи на других платформах и сейчас решил сюда вернуться чтобы поддержать украинскую биржу. И по вашим словам, тут я должен еще ДОКАЗЫВАТЬ право платить свои деньги. А не много ли гонора? Это бизнес, это рынок. Хотите продать свои услуги, пожалуйста, ведите себя как продавец. Я найду где мне потратить свои деньги. На рынке достаточно платформ и достаточно исполнителей для моих задач. И я буду выбирать ту платформу и того исполнителя, где я буду уверен как в сохранности своих денег, так и в адекватности исполнителя.
