We are seeking a Russian-speaking technical producer to launch Neoterra — an AI-powered real estate valuation and sales platform for Montenegro and Serbia.
The project is built on no-code tools, AI integrations, and multilingual marketing.
Responsibilities:
1. MVP Development:
- Website (Tilda/Webflow), forms, property database, CRM (Airtable/Notion)
- Integrations with bots, email automation, CRM, and listing catalog
2. Freelancer Management:
- Technical specifications for 18 AI agents are already prepared
- Your role: find executors, manage and verify tasks, and launch in phases
3. Integrations:
- GPT-4, Chatbase, Make, Telegram API
- Multilingual content flows (Russian / English / Serbian)
4. Quality Control and Documentation:
- Workflow testing, logic setup, access management
- Documentation in Notion
Requirements:
- Experience with digital / AI / SaaS / marketplace projects
- Strong skills in no-code platforms (Tilda, Webflow, Airtable, Make)
- Ability to manage a remote team and set priorities
- Basic knowledge of GPT, AI agents, and multichannel marketing is a plus
Work Format:
- Part-time: approx. 80 hours over 5–6 weeks
- Start: ASAP
- Remote work (Notion + Telegram)
- Weekly reporting
Budget:
- $35/hour or milestone-based (negotiable)
