Strict filter: if a person does not meet the criteria, they cannot submit an application — this protects the budget from leaks and recruiters from spam. Optimizing ads for target candidates (CPL / Qualified Lead). Creating AI creatives and packaging pages: Organizing and designing profiles on Facebook and Instagram. Generating attractive banners and videos through artificial intelligence (Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) for each specific vacancy. Writing clear offers with transparent working conditions. Reporting, KPIs, and weekly online meetings: Weekly online conference (call): demonstrating the weekly report, detailed analysis of lead costs, analyzing working/non-working creatives, and approving the hypothesis plan for the next week.
