Currently, there are about 40 bots operating in our infrastructure that require regular monitoring, updating, and uninterrupted operation. What needs to be done (Tasks): Ongoing administration: Monitoring the stable operation of ~40 existing chatbots. Technical support: Timely detection of malfunctions, prompt notification, and quick bug fixing. Updates: Making changes to logic, fine-tuning current scenarios, and updating responses. Development: Creating new bots from scratch as needed and integrating them into the overall system. Our expectations (Requirements): Confident use of the SendPulse platform (creating complex chains, variables, setting up triggers). Experience managing a large number of bots, ability to maintain order in the system and architecture. Quick response to incidents and a systematic approach to resolving them. Collaboration conditions: Format: Part-time. Payment: Fixed monthly rate (discussed individually based on communication results). Remote work, flexible schedule (the main thing is the speed of response to errors).
