Role description: We are looking for an experienced Marketing Strategist who will help develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract both current and new audiences. The specialist will be responsible for attracting cold audiences, creating effective sales funnels, and optimizing marketing processes to achieve high conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
Develop a complete marketing plan that includes stages of promotion from attracting cold audiences to conversion and customer retention.
Segment the audience into cold, warm, and hot, with a personalized approach for each segment.
Select and prioritize marketing channels and formats (social media, email, webinars, blogs, etc.).
Define the unique selling proposition (USP) and develop key messages to address customer pain points.
Create and implement lead magnets and audience warming strategies.
Develop a content strategy, including planning topics for posts, videos, and other materials for 1–3 months.
Develop and implement a retargeting strategy to increase conversion.
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize based on the data obtained.
Package the course, increase trust through reviews and case studies, automate marketing processes.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify the strengths of our offering.
Manage risks and develop strategies for their minimization.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as a marketing strategist, preferably in the online education or e-commerce sector.
Deep understanding of digital marketing and modern marketing tools.
Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
Skills in working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
