Нужно настроить местер-мастер репликацию, либо другое решение применить, чтобы изменения на одном сервере БД, автоматически переносились на другую БД и так же, в обратном порядке.
Нужен человек, который делал такое, знает "подводные камни", а так же, сможет настроить механизм Бекапа и логирования для отката данных в случае сбоя системы.
