Arrange for the issuance of a Polish EORI number for our individual entrepreneur (if necessary) and open EX1 with only the invoice, packing list, and European status of the goods (without an import declaration from the Chinese). Possible nuances Many brokers are afraid to work without the initial import document (SAD) from the supplier and refuse immediately. It is necessary to look for higher-level agencies or brokers with experience working with non-resident warehouses who are willing to take responsibility for indirect representation.
