Обязанности:
- Исходящие звонки по «теплой» клиентской базе. Цель – подтверждение записи на мастер-класс компании.
- Выполнение личного KPI по количеству результативных звонков в день и конверсии по итогам месяца.
- Следование скриптам.
- Выполнение целевой конверсии.
Требования:
- Опыт работы в call-center или продажах.
- Грамотная речь, хорошие манеры, отсутствие акцента (!).
- Организация рабочего места в домашних условиях. Полное отсутствие посторонних шумов в рабочее время!
- Необходимо, чтобы был хороший интернет.
- Умение быстро вносить информацию, по итогам разговора в базу данных.
- Личные качества: коммуникабельность, доброжелательность, вежливость, самоорганизованность, ответственность, дисциплинированность.
- Необходимо хорошо разобраться в продуктовой линейке компании..
Условия:
- График работы 5x2, допускается работа по выходным (оплачивается дополнительно).
- Оплата: фикс. + %.
- Работа из дома.
- График работы: с 11 до 20.00 мск.
