имеете опыт работы в подборе персонала;
опыт работы в подборе персонала в КЦ будет являться явным преимуществом.
Коммуникабельность, исполнительность, стрессоустойчивость и умение четко излагать свои мысли сможет здорово помочь Вам преуспеть на данной вакансии.
В ходе работы Вам предстоит:
подбор персонала в рамках компании;
сопровождение кандидатов на всех этапах отбора;
экзаменирование и проведение тренингов операторам;
ведение ежедневной отчетности.
Мы предлагаем Вам:

оплата с первого дня работы (без бесплатных стажировок) 2 раза в месяц без задержек;
график работы с 9 до 18 00. Пн-пт;
стабильный оклад + премия за выполнение плановых показателей (совокупный доход от 10 тыс.рублей);

адекватное руководство.
Наличие компьютера и интернет соединения дома (от 5 мбит, мобильный модемный интернет вовсе не вариант) и умение грамотно общаться на русском языке — ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНОЕ требование.
