Ищем в команду для постоянной удаленной фулл-тайм работы сильного игрока и профессионала своего дела. Мы - веб агентство, с более чем 7 летней историей, основное направление - разработка сайтов и веб приложений, дополнительно - аутсорс, дизайн, SEO и маркетинг. Работаем по всему Миру, но преимущественно с клиентами с США и Европы, поэтому владение английским на разговорном уровне является обязательным условием.
Основные обязанности:
- Своевременная обработка входящих обращений на почте, бизнес-площадках, и в соцсетях.
- Поиск и привлечение потенциальных клиентов через корпоративные каналы продаж.
- Ведение деловой переписки с потенциальными клиентами до заключения сделки, в случае необходимости - созвоны.
- Разбота над маркетинговыми кампаниями по лидогенерации в связке с штатным маркетологом.
- Разработка и постоянное совершенствование скриптов, шаблонов и алгоритмов продаж.
Требования:
- Разговорный и письменный английский на уровне upper-intermediate и выше.
- Опыт работы в продажах от 2х лет, в IT от 1 года.
- Понимание принципов разработки веб проектов.
- Владение техниками продаж.
Условия работы:
- Быть на связи пн-пт с 9 до 19, в случае необходимости созвона с клиентами с другой часовой зоны быть на связи и после 19.
- Дополнительные бонусы за инициативу, за внедрение полезных идей, за заключение высокодоходных сделок.
- Предоставление необходимой для работы информации, обучение, помощь, менторство;
Оплата: ставка + % от продаж.
