Client Relations and Auto Parts Selection Manager
Hello!
I need a person capable of executing a project related to processing client requests, selecting auto parts, maintaining records of applications in tables, and supporting orders throughout the process.
Project details:
Project duration: you will have 22 working days to complete this project.
Work format: during the project, you need to be in touch from 3:00 PM Kyiv time until the evening, as the work involves clients from the USA and processing requests in the afternoon.
Project essence:
As part of the project, you will need to:
- Process incoming requests from clients.
- Conduct written communication with clients in English.
- Select auto parts according to the client's request.
- Record information on applications, products, and statuses in tables.
- Monitor shipments (trackers) of all orders.
- Work with the company's internal tools.
- Support the client until the order is completed.
- The project execution process will be as follows:
Familiarization with tools:
Initially, you will familiarize yourself with the tools we use in our work: tables, the website, internal systems, and other necessary resources.
Training:
You will undergo training. This is necessary for you to process requests correctly, work without critical errors, and understand the logic of the process.
Practical part:
After training, you will move on to executing the project itself and start working with real requests in the workflow.
