Client Relationship Manager
378 USD We are looking for a responsible and organized person to become part of a professional studio team for shooting and editing video content.
Responsibilities:
• Responding to client inquiries on Instagram and Telegram (an average of 4 inquiries per day) during working hours: from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (6 days a week).
• Organizing bookings:
• Sending payment details for prepayment.
• Entering records into our system.
• Monitoring the completion of the client card (date, type of shooting, location, client wishes).
• Transferring materials:
• Sending files to clients after shooting (after receiving payment).
• Transferring materials to the editor and monitoring deadlines if the project requires editing.
• Reporting:
• Updating the Excel order table once a week.
Working conditions:
• Fixed rate: 17000 UAH per month.
• Bonus, upon completion of all tasks, will be a percentage of income
• Flexible schedule with the possibility to work remotely.
Our expectations:
• Ability to communicate quickly and politely with clients.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service will be an advantage.
• Basic skills in working with spreadsheets and messengers.
