С другой стороны, будут выступать разные люди и компании .....
Права и обязанности сторон
Обязаности сайта:
1) Зафиксировать сумму ежемесячной предоплаты в размере оговоренной в данном договоре сроком до 31 декабря 2020 года
2) Запрещается снимать, перемещать, скрывать рекламный код mixadvert до окончания сроков размещения, оговоренных в данном договоре
3) Запрещается размещать конкурентные тизерные/нативные сети в зоне, расположенной рядом с кодом mixadvert
4) Запрещается размещать рекламный контент сторонних компаний, а так же контент по обмену/выкупу новостного трафика, который может повлиять на расположение (смещение) позиций mixadvert ниже оговоренных в данном договоре
5) В случае размещения сторонней рекламы на сайте, связываться с менеджером для обсуждения.
Обязанности Mixadvet:
1) Обязуется оплачивать предоплату в оговоренные сроки
2) Предоставлять рекламный контент, а так же корректировать тематики рекламных объявлений
3) Не размещать сторонние коды и запрещенный законодательством контент.
