I would do the customer part using Flutter + Dart.
Server (if needed) using Python.
It’s hard to say on the timeline, though because under the iPhone I’ve never written any programs. Therefore, I indicated the deadline for performance with the stock.

Also I would like to discuss with you more detailed functional programs, possible design.

Клієнтську частину я б робив за допомогою Flutter + Dart.
Серверну (якщо потрібно)за допомогою Python.
По таймлайну сказати важко, хоча б тому, що під айфон ще ніколи не писав программи. Тому я вказав термін виконання з запасом.

Також я б хотів обговорити з вами детальніше функціонал программи, можливо дизайн.

Досвід роботи саме схожих додатків немає, але з алгоритмами та структурами данних працювати можу. Займаюся розробкою вже 3.5 роки. Мав змогу працювати із андроід додатком (писав на джава). Я не думаю, що в мене мають виникнути якісь труднощі з вашим проектом + розробка під мобільні пристрої мені дуже цікава, тому я і хотів би співпрацювати.

Здравствуйте, нужно реализовать таск трекер для мобильных устройтсв как я понял. Реализовать можно с помощью Kotlin (можно использовать и Java, но я лично больше склонен к использованию Kotlin, банально из-за поддержки кроссплатформенности с последних версий), либо же написать на React Native, дальнейшая поддержка и масштабируемость приложения будет намного лучше чем использование языка Dart и фреймворка Flutter. Затраты по времени довольно не легко оценить, на сколько должен быть качественный код? Какие дедлайны? Есть ли конкретные требования к стайл коду? Если мы допустим что требуется реализовать таск трекер и не обязательно придерживаться хорошего стайла, тогда оцениваю разработку в 7-10 дней, но в любом случае лучше обсудить детали.
