Все зависит от того сколько Вам надо времени на данную работу. Если Вы уверенный пользователь Компаса то Вы быстро сможете выполнить этот проект. Если Вам кажется что нужно много времени, конечно за такой бюджет браться не стоит.

Условия бюджета можно всегда оговорить. Во первых я работаю в компасе и могу помочь выполнить задачу, но так как основная работа отнимает много времени, и после этого мне придется еще делать вал и рабочий орган машины, то как бы бюджет ограничен. Так как выполнив это, мне станет легче моделировать всю машину всего лишь на 35%

1) Качество моделей (деталей) нужно как в видео-примере?
2) Моделировать исключительно по этому видео или есть чертежи(эскизы и т.д.)?

1) Работаю в Компасе с момента его "рождения". (есть опыт работы и в других CAD системах);
2) Где само задание? Пример, прикрученный к заказу, это то, что нужно выполнить?
3) Желаемые Вами сроки на исполнение?
4) Качество детализации? (Точность модели к оригиналу)
После ответа на эти вопросы, будет ясно, "от чего идем и куда придем".
Соответственно, только после этого можно выставлять цену за заказ.

Честное слово не знала. Я не самый опытный пользователь и по этому если что то надо сделать все делаю сама)

На первых шагах и я моделировал и болты, и гайки, и шурупы. ))

Есть ли хотя бы тип двигателя? (определимся с размерами тогда)
Если нет типа двигателя есть ли чертежи какие или все равно каких размеров будет двигатель в диаметре?
