При чём тут 3д моделирование?

Ну потому что делается сначала модель и наложения уже на модель идут. + источники света.

Тут техника фотографии и мейкап модели.
Вам же нужно искать фотошопера, который сможет сделать такой эффект.
А если хотите добиться такой же реалистичности через 3д графику, то у вас бюджет занижен раз в 10 как минимум.
