Source files - Blender with Cycles Render engine Shading Preferences - PBR shaders or Blender Principle Bsdf UV unwrapping - All models must have proper uv unwrapping with the same texel density. All models need to be rendered with the same lighting setup (Silo Image). Attached furniture for evaluation.
