Обязательно - отличное знание английского, коммуникабельность.
Работа с достаточно свободным графиком - но при этом на весь день. Т.е. не нужно каждую минуту сидеть как в колл-центре, но при этом регулярно отвечать на вопросы и писать интересные тексты из разных источников (википедия как минимум), адаптируя их целесообразность под проект.
