The output files are in JS and Json formats, made in Blender. There is also 1 model in 3dmax format.

На даний час є робоча система накладання текстур на 3Д моделі в онлайн режимі (система на WebGL).
Є робочі 6 моделей, але всі в білому кольорі. Моделі створено в 3DMax з експортом у JS.
Є вихідна 1 модель в форматі 3dmax.
Потрібно змінити колір на частині площин моделей (всього 15 варіацій кольорів).

без танців з бубном отримати json в блендері не можливо! Отже скоріш за все це формат gltf, і як раз його і потрібно відредактувати

в максі немає експорту в формат JS.
Якщо мається на увазі формат Three.js , то це через додаткові скрипти і якщо не помиляюсь - то матеріали не переносяться
У вас, до речі, групи згладжування злетіли.

Так, мова про Three.js. Матеріал не обов'язковий тут, достатньо колір заливки певних площин.
В якому сенсі "згладжування"? Якщо те, що там проглядаються грані, то це нормальний стан системи. Наразі програмно поки реалізовано так

Из того что написано выше. Вам нужна одна модель. Кусочек модели покрасить нельзя только всю модель. А то есть и 15 вариантов исходных изображений для этой модели(assets-image).И в финальном варианте при клике на кнопку будет меняться assets-path на те изображения которые нужны.

може простіше буде зробити 15 текстурок до однієї моделі і ви будете використовувати gltf замість костильного і некрасивого того, шо у вас зараз? 🤔🙂

Але програмна частина зараз зроблена так, що під 1 товар підвантажується тільки одна чітка модель, без можливості перемикання. А змінити програмну частину- це нерально довго, фактично переписати все що є треба буде
