Здравствуйте, обзвон эффективный только примерно в 30% звонков ( из личного опыта), практически все приглашают в отдел продаж. Более менее свежая информация на сайте лун.юа (указана цена на такую то дату, наличие квартир), а ещё можно смотреть странички ЖК там тоже есть часть нужной вам информации. Как то так)))
