Не понятный в данном случае только вы:
Поясню: Я разместил запрос на проект, откликнулось 20 разных дизайнеров. С тремя ( включая вас ) мы обменялись по пару сообщений. Я выбрал лучшего по следующим критериям ( работы, рейтинг на сайте, статус на сайте ).
Выбор остановил свой на Serhiy Panchiy 67 работ в портфолио, 54 отзыва, статус проверен. Кроме того привел в переписке аргументы почему нужно подтвердить именно его заявку.
Соответственно остальные заявки были отклонены: на выбор заказчика ушло 2.5 часа. Мне кажется я "Понятный заказчик".

Увы я скайпом не пользуюсь, и посмотрев профили других дизайнеров, остановился на выборе другого профессионала. То что вам написали одно сообщение? это точно не "спрашивал, спрашивал" как вы указали выше.
У заказчика есть выбор, и пользоваться выбором это вполне понятное дело. Работа оплачена через сейф, так что как заказчик я свои обязанности выполнил.
