Setting up CRM G-Plus
We are a developer in the city of Kyiv and we need to set up a CRM for effective analysis of leads and clients. We offer long-term work on the project. We need a person who understands CRM settings and can communicate with support to solve tasks, as well as consult the commercial and marketing department on interacting with the CRM.
I set the price at 10k, and we can negotiate if necessary.
More details about the tasks:
1. Call from G+ to Binotel: For the convenience of sales managers, it is necessary to set up a call from the CRM to Binotel.
Logic: You click on the phone number, Binotel opens — the call goes to the client.
2. Percentage Cross deals: In our company, there are two residential complexes, it is necessary to set up a transition (cross-deal) for the client from one residential complex project to another.
Logic: This is essentially the client's history — saw the advertisement for 1 residential complex, called, signed up for a meeting, came for a consultation, and then learned about the 2nd residential complex and bought an apartment there.
3. Project distribution: It is necessary to create projects within the CRM and restrict access for managers from one project to another. It is also necessary to separate statistics so that when analyzing leads, we can separately select a project and view reports by project. Currently, we can only view analytics by segmenting leads by managers; for example, I know that managers Vasya, Petya, and Vova work in Residential Complex No. 1 — I separately collect data on these managers and compile it in tables.
Logic: A lead falls into the project, and then the managers or team lead distribute the leads among those managers who have access to the projects.
