Description:
There is a problem on the Horoshop website with the incorrect transmission of content_id in Meta Pixel / Conversions API events.
In the events (ViewContent, AddToCart, Purchase), content_id is being sent that does not match the product IDs in the Meta catalog. Because of this, Meta shows the error “Some content IDs aren’t matching any catalog connected to your pixel,” and products are not linked to the catalog for remarketing.
What needs to be done:
1. Check how content_id is transmitted through Pixel and CAPI.
2. Align the format (to match the IDs in the catalog).
3. Check and, if necessary, update the catalog feed.
