Налаштувати VoIP Telefon

потрібна допомога в налаштуванні IP телефона (через Team Viver). Не можу підєднати телефон до роутера. Телефон Yelling w60B, роутер Fritzbox 6591. З програмою Phoner Lite без проблем здійснюю дзвінок з компютера.
Завдання:
-- підключити телефон до роутера, щоб можна було здійснювати дзвінок із апарата;
-- налаштувати можливість одночасних вхідних і вихідних дзвінків, при одночасних дзвінках ставити на осікування клієнта;
-- налаштувати переадресацію вх. дзвінка на смартфон якщо на апараті ніхто не відповідає;
-- налаштувати факс.

Чому Ви не можете налаштувати Софтфон напряму на лінію провайдера, без роутера? Яку роль грає роутер у Вашому випадку?

Доброго дня, це роутер провайдера через який надається доступ до телефону та інтернету. Сьогодні мені вже вдалося підключи, дзвінки працюють нормально, але ще розбираємося із переадресацією та мелодією на очікування.
Можете порадити хороший альтернативний сервіс для ір телефонії, який би працював у Німеччині?
