Надішліть або прикріпіть до оголошення фото зовні і в середині можливо відео , посилання на те що сподобалося з Інтернет , свої ескізи і план поверхів з технічного паспорту - потрібно побачити існуючу будівлю якщо там більше ніж один поверх . Можете коротко описати своє бачення майбутнього закладу - національна кухня і тематика , акцент на морепродукти чи можливо це буде мисливська і рибальська тематика або дикий захід заклад стилізований під потаємний перехід з Сполучених Штатів до Мексики , ваш варіант .

Мова йде про весь комплекс приміщень ресторану (з кухнею, коморами, підсобними приміщеннями тощо) або лише обідній зал? Адже, якщо 60 м2 на обідній зал, то це нормально, а якщо на весь комплекс приміщень - то малувато

Оголошення написано так що можна подумати ніби потрібно перекреслити готовий план . Але з того що мені довелося бачити так часто пишуть коли потрібно приховати об'єм роботи . Замовник це не звинувачення а думки в слух - коли до проекту не прикріплено вихідні дані а опис дозволяє двояке трактування тоді враження саме такі . А ще часто вихідні дані не оприлюднюють коли взяли чужу роботу і не заплатили , особисто в мене тут таке було - один замовник обманом , проханнями і вмовляннями вмовив зробити пробнічок . А потім я побачив свої вкрадені плани прикріплені до проекту а в описі писало що спеціаліст не закінчив роботу . Закликаю фрілансерів з обережністю ставитися до замовників які не хочуть оприлюднювати вихідні дані , ще це може свідчити про те що проект взяли з іншого сайту і що власник оголошення - не замовник а посередник .
