И по функционалу: есть у вас ТЗ? Или полностью копию приложения нужно из ссылки? -
Скорее всего доработать ( если говорить про коллаж) - функции уже все созданы. Когда загружаешь много фото, то виснет комп. И есть ряд других багов.
Разработать - есть задача для создания похожей программы, но с другими функциями.
Сейчас задача стоит - найти специалистa кто работает с Canvas. И тогда уже детально обсудить задачи.
