Нужна помощь написать webhook для чатбота на Dialogflow.
Заказчик:
Туристическое агенство из 1го человека, которое предлагает короткие бюджетные поездки.
Клиенты:
Занятые, современные люди, которые кликают на баннер или заходят на сайт и хотят получить больше информации о поездке. Самые популярные вопросы попадают в одну из 3х категорий:
1. Общая информация о туре
2. Стоимость тура
3. Виза
Нюансы:
a. Клиенты используют разные каналы платформы: Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram;
б. Сайт на WordPress;
б. Перечень поездок и их условия переодически меняются.
Имплементация:
Я хотел бы сделать АИ на Dialogflow с динамичным выполнением из какой-нибудь базы данных в которой хранятся данные о поездках.
Например:
0. Запрос - сколько стоит поезка в А?
1. Получаем интент – “стоимость”, параметер - “А”.
2. Генерируем ответ через webhook к базе данным по собранным параметрам: “Тур в [$gorod A] стоит ##”
