Настроить диалог в публичном аккаунте Viber через API
Добрый день. Создан публичный аккаунт в Вайбере, однако он не активен. Необходимо настроить диалог между клиентом, который обращается в чат этого аккаунта и нами соответственно. Мы хотим получать сообщения от пользователей в таком же обычном режиме как они приходят на обычный приватный аккаунт в Вайбере( на приложение ПК и телефон).
Делается это для того, что настроить диплинк с соцсетей в данный паблик аккаунт.
Варианты по типу подключить живосвит - не подходят, к сожалению. Нужно, чтобы сообщения от клиентов приходили как на обычный приватный аккаунт.
