About the Project A new website is needed for a network of fighting clubs (boxing, MMA, Thai boxing, children's groups) — complete replacement of the current website, not an enhancement. The site should be a working tool: up-to-date schedule with online booking, club pages, trainers, subscriptions, promotions, blog for SEO. Multi-club functionality: currently several locations, with potential for network growth. The mechanism for adding a new club needs to be evaluated in two options (see the estimate below). The design must strictly adhere to it. Prototype of structure and user scenarios Our custom CRM with API (documentation is available). All data (schedule, bookings, clients, subscriptions) is provided through our API. Documentation and test access will be provided to the contractor. The site integrates only with our API — third-party booking services do not need to be touched. Content: photos of gyms, photos/descriptions/credentials of trainers, texts and translations into 3 languages — provided by the client. Scope of Work Design The design of all pages must strictly follow the brand book, based on our prototype and references. Please specify in your response: format of delivery (Figma?); how many unique page templates are included in the estimate; breakpoints (desktop / tablet / mobile); handling of states (hover, empty states, errors, loading). Page structure (layouts): Main brand landing — club selection / overall brand. Main club page — hero with CTA "Trial Training", key directions, schedule announcement, gym photo, links to sections. Directions — boxing, MMA, Thai boxing, children's groups, etc. Schedule — grid of classes by days/trainers + online booking. Trainers — cards with photos and credentials. Subscriptions / Prices — pricing grid (showcase, without online payment — see "Out of scope"). About the club / Gallery — gym, philosophy, photo gallery. Contacts — map, registration form, social networks. Promotions — a separate page with detailed promotions. Blog — feed + article page (for SEO). Legal pages — privacy policy, cookie policy, terms. Personal account — login, bookings, subscription status. Header with language and club switcher, footer. Layout and WordPress Setup Layout design on WordPress. Block editor: the client independently changes promotions/texts/prices without a developer (goal — editing in ~5 minutes). Multi-club functionality: each club — a separate branch of pages under its own slug (/{club-slug}/...), its own photos, its own schedule, its own language. The language is tied to the club — one language per club, not a translation of each club into all three languages. The mechanism for adding a new club — see a separate line in the estimate below (please evaluate two options). Self-editing by the client (without a developer, goal ~5 minutes): promotions, prices, texts, trainer cards, photos, gallery, blog. The schedule is not edited manually — it comes from the API. Multilingualism (WPML / Polylang or similar) — language tied to the club/country. Promo banner / moving ticker at the top of the site with a promotion and automatic disappearance by date/time (for example, "promotion valid until July 8 00:01"). Responsive for all devices. Integration with Our CRM (API provided) The site operates on top of our API. Documentation and test environment — from our side. Implement: Schedule — pulled from our API for each club, displayed in corporate style. Online booking for training — form in the style of the site, creates a booking through our API. Personal account — client authorization; viewing their bookings; creating a new booking; canceling a booking; status/term of subscription. All data — through our API. Registration form (contacts) — application goes to our CRM via API (or to email — we will clarify). Please ask questions about the API in your response if they arise after reviewing the logic of the prototype. Analytics and Tracking Google Tag Manager. Meta Pixel. Heatmaps (Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity or similar). Setting up consent mode in conjunction with the cookie banner. SEO Basics Technical SEO: clean semantics, speed, structured data / schema.org, XML-sitemap, correct meta tags and hreflang for multilingualism. AI-SEO: preparation for AI crawlers (llms.txt, structured data, clean markup). The blog is implemented as an SEO tool. Blog management and content SEO — on the client's side (there is an in-house SEO specialist). (Optional) Technical Assignment for Shooting + Shot List A separate block — not mandatory.
