Получается мы нижний баннер забираем и делаем тот формат, что в Фигме. И боковой сайдбар с баннерам делаем фиксацию не до конца как сейчас, а только до верхней границы нижнего баннера (ведь теперь он будет на всю ширину контента и сайта)
