Vasily Koly 3 May 2017Проблема в том, что на текущий момент, как понимаю, не до конца сформулированы требования к функционалу и поэтому нет ТЗ, а браться без него за подобный проект лишь создавать себе головную боль и трепать нервы, как свои, так и заказчика.
Может имеет смысл сначала точно понять ЧТО нужно получить в итоге, составить или заказать составление грамотного ТЗ, а потом на основании его уже рассчитывать бюджет/сроки?
Если смотреть реально на проект подобного рода, то на приличный сайт с базовым функционалом уйдет порядка 3-4 недель

Bogdan Gorbachuk 3 May 2017Василий, Ваш вариант хорош, но при таком раскладе лучше взять программиста в штат, хай пашет, потому что для таких проектов должно быть в штате пара прогеров, а то где что подправить, дописать функционал, а может он потом захочет сделать МООК.

Просто не нужно при серьезном проекте делать абы что, лишь бы было - скупой платит дважды =) А то и трижды если исходить из моего личного опыта.
Также очень хочется напомнить заказчикам, что ПЕРЕДЕЛАТЬ - это всегда дороже, т.к. ковыряться в чужом коде.... дело, скажем так, неблагодарное =)

Шаблон необходимо будет доделывать, т.к. :
1. Потребуется возможность использовать кириллические Google Fonts
2. Потребуется дополнительная интеграция с Woo Commerce
3. Потребуется установка и настройка дополнительных способов оплаты
4. Нужно установить и проверить плагин который отвечает за мероприятия и его интеграцию по оплате с сервисами кроме Paypal, но если Paypal Вас полностью устраивает, то это не потребуется

- Дополнительные платежные системы для Woo Commerce установить - по умолчанию есть только стандартные способы
- Перевод админки : шаблон локализации есть, языкового файла нет по умолчанию
- Подключение сервисов рассылки : по умолчанию есть только MailChimp, тут желательно подобрать более удобный способ для Вас
Ну и по ходу может что то еще вылезти.
