Set up CRM Perfectum

Good day! We are working on the settings for Perfectum and are official partners. Could you please let us know if you have already connected to Perfectum and what version of CRM, ERP, Project ... (cloud, box) you are using? We need to understand in more detail what you need to configure. We can discuss this preliminarily and create a technical assignment for the work. It is not entirely clear what exactly is needed:
1. Connecting managers to the system; it seems clear that employees need to be added to the system. However, we need to set up their permissions (which ones, who needs access to what, details are needed here).
2. Email (what exactly is needed from the email, what functionality will be required: newsletters to clients or use in business processes, or...?).
3. Several business processes. Which ones specifically and how many? Do you have at least general information about them that you would like to receive, for example - automatic reminders to the manager under certain conditions, etc.).
4. Other... :))) a tricky point, as there can be a lot of different functionalities that exist in Perfectum, we would like details on this point. For example, you have an online store on OpenCart and it may turn out that you need to set up the integration of the store with Perfectum, and set up the warehouse, and set up products, etc. I would be happy to help with the settings. Доброго дня! Занимаемся настройками Perfectum и являемся официальными партнерами. Подскажите, подключились ли вы уже к Perfectum и какая у вас версия CRM, ERP, Project ... ( облако, коробка)? И нужно более детально понимать, что необходим вам настроить. Можем предварительно обсудить и составить техническое задние для работ. Так как не совсем понятно , что именно необходимо :
1. Подключить менеджеров к системе тат вродебы понятно, что нужно добавить сотрудников в систему. Но, нужно настроить права для них ( какие , кому и к чему нужен доступ, тут нужны детали, т.к. )
2. Почта ( что именно нужно от почты, какой функционал будет нужен: рассылки клиентам или использование в Бизнес процессах , или...?)
3. Несколько БП. Какие именно и какое количество? Есть ли у вас хотя бы общая информация по ним, чтобы вы хотели поучить, к примеру - автоматическое напоминание менеджеру при условии ... и т.д.)
4. Прочее... :))) коварный пункт, там в прочем может быть очень много различного функционала, который существует в Perfectum, хотелось бы деталей по этому пункту. К примеру, у вас есть сайт магазин на OpenCart и может оказаться, что вам необходима настройка интеграции магазина и Perfectum, и настройка склада, и настройка товаров и т.д. Буду рад помочь с настройками. обращайтесь, обсудим +/- детально ваши пожелания по системе и составим план работ по проекту.
