Не типичные функции в CRM системе:
- Каталог продукции внутри CRM. Иметь возможность создавать сделку и к сделке указывать какие товары покупают. Так же иметь возможность фильтровать по этим полям (по товарам), сколько купили, кто и когда, в каком районе.
- Трекинг торговых представителей. Каждый торговый представитель будет ходить с приложением amoCRM, и заходить в магазины собирать контакты и продавать продукцию (принимать заказы).
Администратор хочет видеть отчёт в конце дня, недели и месяца, сколько точек обошёл менеджер, сколько продал, сколько им принесённые контакты принесли денег от продаж. Так будут выставляться цели для торговых представителей.
Внутри контакта будут маркеры "Хочет купить", "прийти позже", "Уже сотрудничает с другими", "нет на месте" - пока нет представления как это оформить, скорее всего через задачи.
