2. Abandoned cart (Abandoned cart is when a user has added a product to the cart but did not proceed to checkout).
3. Abandoned checkout (Abandoned checkout is when a person clicked the button to proceed to payment but did not pay).
4. Automatic price drop notification - price drop notification alerts customers when the price of a selected product decreases, encouraging them to purchase.
5. Welcome series.
6. Post-purchase flow.
7. Customer Winback - automation for returning customers that sends a series of emails to those who have not made purchases for a certain period of time. It encourages them to return with personalized offers, discounts, or reminders about their favorite products.
