We are looking for an email marketer with practical experience in setting up auto funnels, creating templates, and email campaigns for both B2C and B2B segments.
What needs to be done:
Set up automatic email and SMS campaigns after a request from the Meta Ads channel.
Prepare a template for the first contact — brand presentation, thank you, information about technologies, and contact details.
Implement a mailing chain for the old database (≈1000 contacts), segmented by interest level.
Create B2B templates for sending commercial offers to potential partners.
Conduct an audit of our current email templates and suggest improvements.
Assist in choosing the optimal service (Klaviyo, MailerLite, etc.).
Prepare templates for sales managers (personalized emails after calls).
Consult on setting up SMS notifications.
The project is targeted at users in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The target audience:
Currently prioritized: private home buyers
Less prioritized: campground owners, investors, and developers.
Goal — build an effective email system, increase conversion, automate communication, and build trust in the brand.
💡 We expect the contractor to take a proactive approach, be able to work with analytics (opens, clicks, engagement).
Knowledge of GDPR and experience in related projects will be a plus.
