Исходные данные:
· Есть один 3G-Box (http://3g-box.com), в нём 4 модема. Сейчас работает под Asterisk (работает плохо, постоянно слетает)
o (модемы Huawei e1550 1-4) – два номера
Киевстар и два номера Vodafone
o SIP-линия VEGA Telecom
o SIP-линия Интертелеком
- Нужно обслуживать службу поддержки клиентов работающих через Софтфон интегрирован в 1С· Рабочее время с 9 до 18 пн-пт, суббота, воскресенье-выходной
Необходимо
1) Проверить само оборудование на работоспособность
(тест) и дать оценку
2) Доработать:
· Голосовые приветствия для рабочего и нерабочего времени различаются (автоответчик) + праздники (Также дать инструкцию чтобы вкл. автоответчик в Праздничные дни)
· Все пропущенные звонки, балансы СИМ-карт, входящие СМС должны отправляться на почту
· Все входящие звонки звонят на все внутреннее номера.
· Исходящие городские (т.е. без
кода города) через SIP-линия VEGA Telecom
· Исходящие Киевстар через шлюзы Киевстара;
· Исходящие Vodafone через шлюзі Vodafone
· Междугород и другие операторы
через SIP-линия Интертелеком.
