Number of users: 3 users. Lead sources: forms on the site (2 forms), general mail by type info@, telegram bots, entering calls through Zadarma, company page on Facebook. What to do: Integrate all the sources of lead (the above) in one place (to create a transaction upon receipt of a request); connect the common and work mail to the CRM (to see the history of correspondence with the lead); set the bot telegram through the native integration (salesIQ): set 1 wheel (the most basic - contact, consultation, preparation of the proposal, successfully/not successfully); set notifications (memories) for different stages of the transaction (e.g., a few days without reply, remind of the proposal, etc.))
The remaining functionality: the generation of investments, contracts, additional wheels are not required, it is interested in fast setting for the start of work.
