Язык: базовый русский

Суть сайта: клиент находит специалистов среди перечня.
2 вида кабинета: клиента и спеца.
У спеца будет фото, рядом с ним перечень специализаций и рейтинг, который складывается из оценки клиентов.
Также календарь, который позволит увидеть, когда он сможет выполнить заказ.
Будет прямой чат и вариант общения по видео.
У спецов будет возможность использовать рекламу: ТОП, размещение на Главной, выделение.

Я думаю готового решения не найти, в любом случае придется дорабатывать, и эти доработки будут стоить дороже чем сделать самому под определенные требования

А на какой cms? В Вордпрессе нет модулей, там плагины. Есть ли там плагины под эти задачи?
