CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PURCHASE ITEM,

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PURCHASE ITEM

1. Purchase item: 39130000-2 "Office furniture" (office furniture), hereinafter – the Product.

2. The list and quantity of the Product are provided in Table 1.

3. The Product must be new, packaged, and identifiable, without signs of previous use or damage (spoiling). The packaging must ensure the full integrity of the Product during transportation by all types of transport.

4. Delivery location: Kyiv, Simona Petlyury St., building 27, 6th floor.

5. The total cost of the Product must include costs for loading and unloading, delivery, assembly/installation, costs related to removal and disposal of packaging, as well as all taxes, fees, and other expenses necessary for the supply of the Product.

6. Delivery period: no later than 60 working days from the moment the supplier receives an advance payment of 70 percent of the total contract value.

7. Delivery and assembly/installation period: within 7 (seven) working days from the day of receiving a written notice from the Customer about readiness to accept the Product.

8. The Product must have a warranty period of at least 12 months.
