К выполнению этого задания вполне можно спокойно подойти через создание 3D-модели человека, и положить на неё текстуру, разве нет? Мне, как человеку, немного работавшему с 3D, это не кажется чем-то нелогичным. К тому же, пример явно выглядит как 3D.
Поэтому, считаю что Вам стоит постараться чуть спокойнее относиться к подобным вещам. Они есть и будут, поскольку на сервисе всегда появляются заказчики-новички, и они непременно будут неправильно обозначать категории. Всех не исправишь, и не заставишь делать так, как правильно - как бы того не хотелось.
И хотя конкретно я ценю Ваши старания, но наверняка за них никто Вам не заплатит, так ведь? Так стоит ли тратить свои нервы?) -
