ваша задача технически невыполнима) через netflow можно увидеть адрес источник адрес назначения протокол и порты! Залазить в пакет и смотреть и смотреть содержимое он не может это раньше делалось с помощью DPI (deep packet inspection) но на данный момент оно не работает из-за повсеместного использования TLS! Вашу задачу можно решить если использовать прокси например Squid + ssl bumping! вообщем если будут выполнимые задачи пишите помогу с ними))))
