I would like to clarify a few points. Should the bot remember the branches after a restart, or can we manage with temporary storage in memory? I am also curious if there should be a limit on the number of active dialogues or if we need to manage the statuses of inquiries in some way?
There are two implementation options. The first one is without a database, where the bot simply temporarily stores the connection between the user and the branch in memory. This is a quick option, but after the bot restarts, all dialogues will have to be recreated. The second option is with a database, where we can store the entire history, restore dialogues, and even add additional features such as statuses or reopening old inquiries.
Let me know which option suits you better.
