Summary
We're a ppe products company selling through Shopify, and we're looking for a full-time inside sales representative to own the full sales cycle — from receiving marketing qualified leads from marketing, and then working with them to close the deal. Our CRM is HubSpot and the candidate must be fully proficient and be able to manage MQLs on our HubSpot CRM.
This is a long-term, full-time role for someone who understands US buyers, knows how to sell physical/e-commerce products, and is comfortable managing pipeline and reporting inside HubSpot from day one.
### Responsibilities
- Receive Marketing Qualified Leads from marketing generated by outbound outreach: email, calls
- Follow up on and convert inbound leads generated through our marketing and Shopify store
- Manage the full sales cycle: qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot (deals, contacts, pipeline stages, notes)
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, with regular forecasting and reporting
- Understand our product line well enough to handle objections and match products to customer needs
- Coordinate with our team on order fulfillment, customer questions, and follow-up
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, upsells, and referrals
### Requirements
- Proven experience selling physical/consumer products (wholesale, e-commerce, DTC, or B2B)
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (managing deals, pipelines, contacts, and reporting)
- Strong understanding of the US market — buyer behavior, business norms, and communication style
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets/quotas
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting as well as closing inbound leads
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage their own pipeline
- Available to work US business hours
