We need to find a mechanic for the repair, maintenance, and assembly of motorcycles: scooters, mopeds, motorcycles, ATVs, used Japanese scooters Honda / Yamaha / Suzuki, new Chinese motorcycles.A preliminary job description has already been prepared. There is also a posted vacancy on OLX — we can provide the link in personal correspondence.The recruiter's task is not to write the vacancy from scratch, but to help properly distribute it, refine it if necessary for different platforms, and find suitable candidates through Work.ua, Robota.ua, OLX, Telegram groups, profile chats, candidate databases, and direct search.The main tasks of the recruiter:
— help find suitable candidates;
— post the vacancy on relevant platforms;
— use Work.ua, Robota.ua, OLX, Telegram groups, profile chats, candidate databases, direct search, possibly communities on Facebook;
— conduct initial screening;
— pass on to us only candidates who are truly suitable based on experience;
— provide a brief report on the work done.What is important:
— experience in searching for workers/technical specialists;
— preferably experience in finding mechanics, service station masters, fitters, assemblers, service specialists;
— understanding where to find such people;
— ability to work not only with responses but also through direct search;
— adequate communication and transparent reporting.Work format:
Before starting work, you need to provide a search plan:which platforms you will use;where you plan to post the vacancy;how you will search for candidates;what format of reporting;what deadlines for the first candidates.For each posting, links or screenshots are required.For candidates, you need to provide:
— name;
— phone;
— brief experience;
— what equipment they have worked with;
— salary expectations;
— when they are ready for an interview/test day;
— your brief comment on why the candidate is suitable.Payment conditions:
