TECHNICAL ASSIGNMENT FOR MOTION DESIGNER / EDITOR
Project: Premium promotional video for the exhibition.
Duration: 59 seconds. Smooth editing, without artificial time compression.
Formats: Vertical version (9:16) and Horizontal version (16:9) in high quality (2K/4K).
Source materials (provided by the client in high quality):
● Image of model No. 1 (Salvia in a mystical, fairy-tale image of a priestess/queen).
● Image of model No. 2 (Salvia in branded exhibition uniform).
● Background image of the exhibition stand (neon wall/sign SaproEnergy for the background).
● Product packaging (TWO different 1-liter bottles with branded labels — for acidic and alkaline environments).
● Brand logo (SaproEnergy).
● Promotional intro/video of the Iberflora exhibition.
● Audio track: Studio recording of the branded Spanish-language advertising song.
Animation script (Timeline for 59 seconds):
1. Mysticism and start: In the frame, a girl (Salvia in the image of a fairy-tale priestess/queen — this is the image from the covers of our music tracks on the SoundCloud platform). A mystical atmosphere surrounds her, it is raining. She performs a magical gesture.
2. Transformation: The fairy-tale image instantly dissolves. The girl finds herself in modern branded uniform against the backdrop of the SaproEnergy exhibition stand (use the provided background image with the neon sign). Nearby, on the table, are two 1-liter bottles of the product (different, acidic and alkaline). There is also a tablet on the table, with the Iberflora promotional intro displayed on the screen.
3. Macro shot and penetration: The girl takes one of the product bottles and opens the cap with a characteristic click. At the moment she removes the cap from the neck, two or three gray drops of the product (visually resembling beautiful mercury drops) break free and fall directly onto the tablet screen. A deep macro shot is activated: we see how a drop penetrates through the glass directly into the plant cell from the intro. Powerful energy streams down the stem, reaching the very root.
4. Germination (Magic of growth): The camera returns to a normal angle. The protective glass of the tablet cracks, and from the screen, a live, strong tree physically sprouts into the real world.
5. Moisture and spectral hologram: The girl takes a spray bottle with ORDINARY water and carefully sprays the fresh leaves of the sprouted tree. Early morning, bright sunlight streams through the large windows of the exhibition pavilion. The rays pass through the fine water mist from the spray bottle. In this humid fog, a volumetric 3D hologram of the "SaproEnergy" logo forms. It shimmers in a bright rainbow spectrum against the backdrop of the splashes.
6. Finale and infographics: The girl smiles in surprise (the "Wow!" effect), the hologram smoothly dissipates. Clear text appears at the bottom of the screen: Iberflora, October 6-8, Pavilion 7, Stand A76.
Sound work (Audio editing and synchronization):
The performer must create a complete sound mix, using the provided studio Spanish track and sound design (SFX):
● Volume dynamics: When active action occurs (germination of the tree, cracking glass, the girl's exclamation "Wow!"), the music track should gradually become quieter (fade into the background). When the action in the frame calms down, the volume of the track should smoothly come back to the forefront.
● Synchronization of the finale: At the end of the track, the announcer/vocal in Spanish clearly invites to the exhibition (naming Pavilion 7 and Stand A76). The appearance of the final credits (Step 6) should perfectly coincide with these words in the song for both versions of the video (vertical and horizontal).

We have a complete database of all source materials in the highest quality (logos in 4K/8K, studio audio tracks in the required bitrate, renders, etc.). All source materials are provided by the client and will be sent to the selected performer personally (via a link to cloud storage) in the formats needed for your convenient work
