Research Objective: To determine the optimal scale and composition of the TIR complex specifically on this land plot to best meet market needs and have high commercial potential. The complex should address the needs (and is likely to be divided into 2 separate parts):A) Internal Clients — servicing the company's own fleetB) External Clients — providing maintenance services for freight transport to third-party companies Initial Data: Plot 1: construction of a complex for servicing trucks is planned (service boxes, washing, tire fitting, etc.) Plot 2: nothing is planned for construction; it is possible to propose adding some infrastructure (cafe, hotel, recreation area, warehouses????) Analysis Tasks: Analysis of the target audience's needs (internal analysis of the existing business): own fleet. Gather and compile all data: what vehicles (brands, formats), how often they are washed, how often they break down, what additional needs (tire fitting, electric refueling, AdBlue, …) Market analysis of analogs: are there any in Ukraine, in the region, in Europe? What are they, their offerings, etc.? Competitor analysis: area, offerings, services, prices, advantages, disadvantages Forecasted demand: analysis of transport flows on the Zhytomyr-Kyiv/Kyiv-Zhytomyr route, what trucks (shares of different formats and sizes), forecast for 5/10 years on how shares will change, etc.Unconventional motives to investigate: there is information that after a certain time, the entry of dirty trucks into Kyiv will be prohibited (accordingly, a washing station at the entrance to Kyiv may become a necessity) CJM: driver’s journey, needs Expected Results: Conclusions regarding the composition and volume of each structural unit (considering the distribution between internal and external clients). Recommendations for project development: process automation (app development), marketing, additional services, phased implementation, and increasing operational efficiency

We have a few apps that we need to set up ads for (and there will be more in the future). Firstly, we need to set up some low-budget campaigns to see which channel works better (ASA, Facebook ads, TikTok, Google ads, etc.), and then push that channel. We need a person who has expertise in mobile ad campaign setup and knows how to implement the process from scratch, monitor it, and improve; knows the specifics of mobile app marketing - it's critical for us.

About the activities I work with several sales channels and suppliers: Prom.ua; Rozetka; dropshipping; own warehouse. It is necessary to analyze the activities of the online stores as a whole, determine the actual cost structure, and based on that, develop a correct markup system. What data I will provide I will provide all necessary information for the last 3 months, including: turnover; number of orders; cost of goods sold; marketplace commissions; advertising expenses; delivery costs; packaging costs; returns; cancellations; employee salaries; rent; taxes; other fixed and variable costs. If necessary, I will provide additional data. What needs to be done Conduct a detailed analysis of all financial indicators. Determine the actual percentage of total costs. Calculate the breakeven point. Determine the actual net profit. Analyze which expense items most affect profitability. Provide recommendations for cost optimization. Develop a clear pricing model. Determine the optimal markup level to achieve the desired profitability. Create a universal formula for calculating the price of goods, so in the future it will be enough to enter the purchase price and automatically receive the recommended selling price. Suggest recommendations for different pricing approaches (fixed markup, markup depending on the product category, minimum margin, competitor prices, etc.) and justify which option will be the most effective in my case. Expected result As a result, I want to receive: a detailed financial analysis; conclusions and recommendations; calculation of the optimal markup; a ready model in Excel or Google Sheets with formulas; the ability to change input parameters (purchase price, desired profit level, commissions, expenses, etc.) and automatically receive a new recommended selling price. Additionally After completing the analysis, an online consultation is required (30–60 minutes), during which the logic of the calculations needs to be explained, how to use the model shown, answer my questions, and provide recommendations for further use of this model. A specialist in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) is needed to launch and manage an advertising campaign aimed at attracting candidates for a job vacancy in Poland.
