The task of adapting two sticker layouts for the mask cut in Illustrator is absolutely clear. I see all your manual size adjustments on the drawing: top width 320 mm, height of the central cut 100 mm, a 30 mm margin to the three round holes at the bottom, and the narrowing of the lower corners to 70 mm.

Branding protective masks and helmets requires precision. If the vector cutting contour (die-cut) does not match the physical holes and edges by at least 1.5–2 mm, the sticker will wrinkle during application or cover important areas.

I specialize in graphic design and prepress (Startfire Studio). My experience working at the American printing giant RR Donnelley guarantees that the layouts will be perfectly prepared according to production requirements.

My technical approach to your task:
1. Engineering correction of the cut (1:1): I will completely rebuild the vector layout of the mask in Adobe Illustrator strictly according to your orange dimensions from the picture (I will transfer the width to 280 mm, reduce the corners from 90 to 70 mm, and increase the window to 100 mm).
