Нет) поэтому многие мягко говоря "не очень" любят сотрудничать с снг заказчиками. Правок много, а оплата мизерная) Нужно дать понять что за копейки никто работать не будет, и если нужен качественный результат, то и вознаграждение должно быть соответственным. А на "коленке" нарисовать можно и за "бутылку пива" кого-то другого попросить сделать
